Tokyo Residence

An ongoing private residence in Tokyo, developed with SAOTA and ARRCC alongside a Japanese design-build team. I lead project direction and coordination across the client, international designers, and local teams, while directing the interiors and protecting the original design intent through local documentation, material development, procurement, and execution.
